HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS:

You can exchange your item in the original condition received within 14 days from the delivery date.
Download and fill in the form below correctly and ensure that all areas of the form are filled out correctly to receive an exchange.
Ensure that all items wished to be exchanged are in the same condition as delivered and are securely packaged. Retima will not be liable for any loss of an item being exchanged or delivered to the customer.
