Please choose your item/s carefully as we do not provide refunds unless the item/s received are faulty. For an exchange the item/s must be sent back to the online store within 14 days of the date you have received your order, with proof of purchase, providing that the item/s are in their original condition and we will provide you a gift card for the purchased price of the returned item/s. The item/s that are returned to our online store are not eligible to credit refunds, for more information regarding refund policy please read the terms and conditions section.
